Institutes are run by proper check and balance. There are some terms and conditions applicable to anyone with interaction to it. Grow Street is also working for the betterment of its clients and employees, thus having some terms and conditions which are as follow…

General Terms & Conditions…

Services: Grow Street will provide the client with digital marketing services as outlined in the proposal.

Fees: The client will pay Grow Street the fees outlined in the proposal. These fees may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If the client does not pay within 30 days of invoice date, a late fee of 5% will be added to the total amount due.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.

Confidentiality: Both parties will keep all confidential information, including but not limited to, business plans, customer information, and trade secrets, strictly confidential.

Representations and Warranties: Grow Street represents and warrants that the services to be provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any special, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Grow Street is headquartered.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Changes to Agreement: This agreement may be changed only by written agreement signed by both parties.

For clients…

  • Confidentiality is the everything. We keep our conversation between us and client is also committed to keep all the information and strategic plans created by Grow Street to keep safe.
  • Communication is the key. Client is committed to share any issue regarding our work at the first place. 
  • Scope of Services: The client acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by the agency are limited to the scope outlined in the proposal and agreed upon by both parties. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to additional fees.
  • Payment Terms: The client will pay the fees outlined in the proposal within the timeframe specified in the invoice. If the client does not pay within the specified timeframe, late fees may apply.
  • Termination: The client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the agency. In such case, the client will be responsible for payment of all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
  • Confidentiality: The client will keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets of the agency.
  • Warranties: The client represents and warrants that it has the legal right to use any content or materials provided to the agency for the purpose of performing the services.
  • Limitation of Liability: The agency shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the performance of its services.
  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the agency is headquartered.
  • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and the agency and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
  • Changes to Agreement: This agreement may be changed only by written agreement signed by both the client and the agency.

For employees…

  • Job Description: The employee will perform the duties and responsibilities outlined in their job description.
  • Work Hours: The employee will work the hours specified in their employment agreement, which may be subject to change.
  • Compensation: The employee will be paid the compensation outlined in their employment agreement.
  • Benefits: The employee may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits as outlined in their employment agreement.
  • Confidentiality: The employee will maintain the confidentiality of the agency’s proprietary information and trade secrets.
  • Intellectual Property: Any work product created by the employee in the course of their employment will be the sole property of the agency.
  • Termination: The agency may terminate the employment of the employee at any time, with or without cause. The employee may also resign at any time by providing written notice to the agency.
  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the agency is headquartered.
